Once again, at EviSane we believe that in order to keep growing we need to measure our own results. With more than five years of experience conducting satisfaction surveys to understand our strengths and areas for improvement, this time we have gathered feedback from 52.21% of our customers. The results have left us more than satisfied and proud!
Transparency, sincerity, honesty and dedication are fundamental pillars of our company. That is why we publicly share the results obtained in this exercise, which measures our commitment to and progress with our customers.
Our clients rate us with an overall average score of 9.08 out of 10 and we have achieved a loyalty rate of 98.2%. In addition, we have confirmed that EviSane stands out in key areas such as customer service and phone support, response to enquiries sent by email, speed of system implementation, monthly time savings in day-to-day work and the regular rollout of improvements.
