That’s why we’ve developed a powerful module to make creating your HACCP plans so easy that it won’t take more than a couple of minutes. Preconfigurations will be your allies when completing your HACCP books, always flexible to suit the needs of your company.
Once your food safety control plan is defined, you just need to provide your client with access to their Client Portal. From there, they can fill in the answers day by day after reviewing, for example, a refrigerated chamber.
H.A.C.C.P. Plan
With EviSane, we can assure you that configuring and planning your book in your HACCP software will take no more than 5 minutes. The key to minimizing the time invested in this task is simple: Preconfiguration.
Configure and save the parameters to measure and the facilities to review (only once) in your “Food Safety” module and get ready to distribute the data on the calendar in a couple of minutes. Differentiated by colors and with preconfigured measurement frequencies, each facility will show the client what needs to be evaluated.
You also have the option to add verifications from your company to your planner, assign those visits to a technician, and complete the measurements from the same appointment, which will be automatically generated in the agenda.
Self-control Plan Reports
We understand that, once you deliver the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) book, the collection and accuracy of the recorded data depend entirely on your client. If they keep their self-control plan up to date with the appropriate information, creating a measurement report will be really easy.
What does it involve? A measurement report is essentially a result report that will display the data collected between the dates you specify. You will also have complete freedom to filter this data by specific parameters, specific facilities, users who have measured, results within or outside the legal limits…
Once the filters are selected, EviSane will display a list with the data you have requested based on the filters, as well as interpretive text if you include it. After that, with your HACCP software you just have to send the document and get your client’s signature on the spot.
Completed by your clients
EviSane hasn’t just set out to make your life easier, it also wants to facilitate your clients’ daily tasks. The review and control of the hazard analysis and critical control points plan will now be child’s play for them too.
You just have to give your client access to their Client Portal; we take care of the rest. The person in charge of measurements, using a mobile device (phone or tablet) or a PC, can review the facilities and record the results. They will have the option to upload images of incidents and sign once they have entered all the data for the day.
Every day, a reminder will appear in your client’s Client Portal, reminding them to take measurements. We will show them what they need to check each day, although they can also view their self-control plan by week or month.
