Centralized Official Documents
Completely automatically, your clients will find their official documents organized and centralized in their Client Portal.
So, the moment you generate an inspection report, treatment certificate, monitoring report, cleaning certificate… They will appear automatically and in real time in the Client Portal, even with their captured signature!
Of course, they will also find other documents, such as invoices, contracts, quotations, laboratory results, files uploaded to their profile, training and ID cards of your technicians, ROESB…
Biocide Product Information
Delivering information about the biocide products used in pest control or legionella cleaning and disinfection certificates to your client is easier than ever.
In their Client Portal, detailed information about all biocide products used in their facilities over time will appear automatically and in real time, providing them with all the relevant data: trade name, registration number, type of biocide, dosage, safety period, and more.
Attached files you’ve uploaded to that product record, such as the PDF of the safety data sheet or the registration number enrollment form, will also be displayed.
Maintenance Book Management
With EviSane, you’ll now be able to automate your legionella prevention and control books and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) so that your clients can complete them from their Client Portal.
You just need to schedule the elements to be measured on the calendar and then grant access to your client in their Client Portal. Your client only needs a mobile device (tablet or phone) or a PC to record these measurements day by day while performing assessments of the facilities.
The immediacy and digitization of maintenance books will allow both of you to eliminate paper, storing all results centrally in the cloud, and generating reports and result evaluations.
Incidents and Chat
At EviSane we want communication with your client to be as smooth as you’d like. That’s why the Client Portal has two tools that will help you further build client loyalty.
In their Client Portal, your client has the option to open incidents: these are notices to request unforeseen and last-minute appointments that will automatically appear in your schedule for you to assign a date, time, and technician.
Prefer your client to have a free hand to write anything? Activate their internal communication chat, a feature as powerful as WhatsApp, allowing you to chat, send videos or audios messages, share PDF documents or images…
Digital Signature Capture
Need your client to review your documents at their convenience? In the Client Portal, they can not only do that but also have the option to sign them once they’ve confirmed everything is in order.
From their Client Portal, EviSane will display a box for your client to capture their digital signature, at any time and with any device (touch screen or mouse). This signature will be saved and included in the PDF of the respective document.
Finally, the client can download and print the final document from that same screen with your automated signature and theirs captured in real-time.
Multiple Access
It may be the case that you work with some large clients or municipalities that require more than one access, with different emails, to the same Client Portal. With EviSane, now you can do that.
In the profile of each client, you can create as many accesses as needed, differentiate them by name, and grant the privileges you want to each one. This way, you have the option to configure each access to the Client Portal according to the needs of your company and your client.
Need to allow a single user to access the documents of multiple clients? With EviSane, you can also ensure that a “superadministrator” can access and manage the official documents of several of your clients. All in real-time!
