In just a minute, you can fill out the sample collection note, have the client sign it on their mobile or tablet, and send it by email… All on the go! After that, you only need to enter each sample’s analysis results in a simple, powerful, and efficient workflow. And, if you work with an external laboratory, simply upload the PDF file provided by the laboratory for each of your samples. Also, it complies with ISO 17025.
From their own Client Portal, your clients can create sample collection requests in just a couple of clicks, streamlining communication with your company and saving time.
Collection Notes
Creating a collection note with EviSane is quick and practical, with one key benefit: the ability to go paperless.

You only need to select the client, their site, and the sample types. After that, the client can sign it on your mobile or tablet, and with just one click, you can automatically send it by email. All of this in less than a minute!
Measured Parameters
In EviSane, every detail has been taken into account. Intuitively, flexibly, and powerfully, you can create all the parameters that make up your reports.
You can specify the measurement method used, the type of parameter, its maximum values, default values, units of measure – everything you might need.
Then, you can create preconfigured templates for each sample type, making it much easier to generate analysis reports.
Analysis Results
Everything has been optimized to the maximum to reduce the time spent filling out reports. When you create a new collection note, analysis reports are instantly created as pending.
Reports are automatically populated using preconfigured data types. You only need to review them and enter measured values in the laboratory. Moreover, it perfectly complies with ISO 17025.
You can also add or delete measurement values for each analysis report on the go with complete flexibility.
External Laboratory
Do you only collect samples while an external laboratory performs the analyses? EviSane supports this workflow too, allowing you to use the Laboratory module even when your company does not perform the analyses directly.
You just need to indicate that you work with an external laboratory. The “Analysis Results” form automatically adapts so you can attach the PDF provided by the laboratory.
After that, you can send it to your client from EviSane or give them access to their Client Portal. There, they will find all external-lab PDFs uploaded in your Laboratory module, centralized in one place.
Email Delivery
Process automation is the key to efficiency and avoiding oversights or errors.
Therefore, with just one click, you can send an email addressed to your client containing the collection note and, if needed, the analysis results, signed by both the lab manager and your client.
Moreover, all these documents will appear automatically in your client’s Client Portal, organized and always accessible from anywhere.
