At EviSane, we focus on fully covering your operational needs. That is why we built a comprehensive warehouse module that lets you track your inventory across as many locations as you need and automate key data such as batch and expiration details, transfers, and acquisitions for the Official Book of Biocide Movements (OBBM), including products that are already open or “in use”.
With the warehouse tool, adding new product stock takes only a few seconds. You can also move stock between your technicians’ vehicles whenever needed. Because warehouses are connected to other modules, product applications during client visits are automated and these movements are sent directly to the OBBM.
We have put special emphasis on turning this complex functionality into a highly visual and intuitive interface, easy to learn and use in daily operations.
Multiple Warehouses
With EviSane, you can create as many warehouses as needed and assign stock to each one. Once configured in the software, any movement can be automated and recorded in real time.
You can also configure different vehicles and assign them to one or more technicians so that, when they prepare Treatment Certificates and other official documents, they only have access to stock available in their assigned vehicle.
Likewise, all product purchases managed through the application automatically become stock ready for distribution between warehouses, treatment applications, or sale to clients.
Automate Your Inventory
As in every other area of your environmental health application, EviSane, there are several ways to add inventory to your warehouses. The most efficient one is to use your product purchase invoices, which automatically become available stock for use in official documents or for sale to clients.
In each Treatment Certificate, the software shows the list of stock ready for application and the corresponding batches (with expiration dates) assigned to those warehouses, prioritizing products already open or those with the nearest expiration date.
With just one click, you can select the item and enter the quantity used to deduct it from total stock automatically.
Traceability of products
Do you want to track which items are purchased, sold, or applied each day? Thanks to the warehouse module, tracking every product movement is simple and semi-automated.
This control is managed from the Movements section, designed to track stock increases, decreases, and adjustments visually across different warehouses. Item details such as product batch and expiration date are easy to configure in EviSane and can be transferred to the OBBM.
OBBM Recording
Our goal is to simplify and automate your work, so completing each line of your Official Book of Biocide Movements (OBBM) is no longer a burden.
When you buy, sell, or use any highly toxic product, this information is sent directly to your OBBM, clearly indicating whether it is a transfer, an acquisition, or an application. Every time you use an item from your warehouse, you only need to select the corresponding batch and quantity, and the data is recorded automatically.
All collected data appears instantly in your Official Book of Biocide Movements, where you can filter by date, batch number, product type, and more.
